Shipping costs
This policy applies to procurement in France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Italy and United Kingdom. Currently, we do not provide international services. We cover the shipping costs for each order. Only in France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Italy and the United Kingdom, all our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. Furthermore, no minimum order quantity is required.
Shipping your order
Have you found the perfect look on our site? Then, of course, you want to enjoy it as quickly as possible! That's why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Below you will find the average delivery times for all our packages:
- Final order time: 17:00 (UTC+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Paris).
- The order processing time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- In general, deliveries take between 7 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Shipping costs: Free delivery in France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Italy, and the United Kingdom

Change of address/phone number
If you wish to change the phone number or address provided during the order, please contact us at info@alluredecappon.com as soon as possible before shipping. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer modify this information. In this case, you will need to request a return and place a new order.
I'm missing some products, how is that possible?
Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the items you order may come from different suppliers. If you order multiple products, they may not be delivered at the same time. Don't worry, your order is on its way, and the rest is usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. If you have waited an additional 3 days after the initial deadline and still have not received your order, please send an email to: info@alluredecappon.com
A lost package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding with a refund and return. If the order has not been received 60 days after shipment, it may be refunded.
